  • Void where prohibited; Participants are required to have a Facebook/Instagram profile and must have a registered mailing address.
  • The identity of the host/promotion: The United Family is giving away a $500 gift card.
  • Entry procedures and beginning/ending times, including time of day and time zone: Enter- to- win period will be June 15, 2022, 12:01 a.m. until July 15, 2022 12:01 a.m.
  • Eligibility requirements: Must have a Facebook/Instagram Profile
  • An explanation of all methods of entry: To enter, comment as instructed in the post. Winners will be notified in the comments and via private message.
  • A clear description of the prize: $500 gift card for may be redeemed for groceries at any United Supermarkets, Market Street, Albertsons Market or Amigos location in The United Family.
  • Date by which all winners will be chosen/notified: Winner will be chosen by September 1, 2022.
  • Judging criteria: Winner chosen by Texas Tech University committee.
  • Method of selecting a winner: Winner will be chosen by an anonymous selection committee at Texas Tech University.
  • Publicity rights regarding the use of Participant’s information and content: The United Family will refrain from releasing any personal information from participants’ entries. When possible the United Family will confirm permission to publicize winner’s first name and picture.
  • Participants are only allowed one entry per Facebook/Instagram profile page.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The United Family reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond United Supermarkets control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, The United Family may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by United Supermarkets. United Supermarkets reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or violates these Terms & Conditions. The United Family has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same Facebook profile in excess of that allowed by giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, The United Family reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
