1. Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter.

2. Line a baking sheet with non-stick wax paper.

3. Mold peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.

4. Allow balls to sit for 20 minutes.

5. While the peanut butter balls are drying, melt dipping chocolate or confectioners’ coating.

6. Dip the balls one at a time in melted chocolate.

7. Remove from the chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.

8. Place dipped balls back on the wax paper.

9. If desired, add chopped pecans or sprinkles as garnish.

10. Allow the balls to dry. Then, store in a covered, cool, dry place.
