- In a small bowl, stir water, lemon juice and honey together.
- Place blackberries and lemon, honey water into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the puree into a fine strainer and use a spatula to press down, extracting as much of the puree as possible, while removing the seeds.
- Transfer the puree to a bowl and stir in the Open Nature Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
- Divide the mixture amongst popsicle molds, insert a stick into each, and leave to freeze until solid.
