1. Prepare the burger patties and season with salt and pepper.2. Heat a medium heavy-bottom sauté pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add canola oil and allow to heat up. When hot, add burgers and cook for 2 minutes, then turn over and cook for 2 more minutes. Turn over and top with sliced brisket and layer on sliced Cahill cheddar. Allow cheese to melt. Remove from pan and allow to rest 2-3 minutes.
4. Prepare Stout Honey Mustard Sauce and Cabbage Sauté with Caraway.
