Preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil, add green beans and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Pour beans into colander to drain.
2. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until cooked but not crisp, about 2-3 minutes. Remove to paper towel to drain grease. Cut each slice in half and set aside.
3. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved and set aside.
4. Bundle about 8-10 green beans together, wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all bundles are prepared. Place bundles on baking sheet with sides. Drizzle butter mixture over each bundle, cover, and allow to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
5. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
