1. Slice one-half of cake into 12 slices then cut each piece into 1-inch cubes; set aside. Reserve remaining cake for another use.
2. In large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix and whisk until well-blended. Let stand for about 5 minutes then fold in whipped topping.
3. Set out 12 mason jars. Arrange 4 - 5 cake pieces into bottom of each. Top each with 1 tablespoon of blueberries, a large dollop of pudding mixture, 1 tablespoon of strawberries. Repeat layers of cake cubes, blueberries, pudding and strawberries. Top each with a reserved whole strawberry and refrigerate for at least one hour or until ready to serve. Can be made up to 2 days in advance.
