Preparation
1. To prepare steak, partially freeze to make it easier to slice thin. Slice diagonally against the grain to increase tenderness. Place oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, add steak, brown slightly but do not cook through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, melt butter, add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add green pepper and sauté until both are lightly browned. Return steak to skillet, add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat until steak is to desired doneness, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
3. Remove meat mixture from skillet dividing it equally on 4 Hoagie buns. Top with cheese and place under broiler (about 2 minutes) or until cheese is bubbly.
