1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grind pepper blend evenly over both sides of salmon filets; set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine chopped pistachios, coconut and breadcrumbs.
3. Place salmon on baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with breadcrumb mixture. Bake for approximately 10 minutes per inch or to desired degree of doneness.
