In a small bowl, mix together the onions, salt and vinegar. Set aside for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse the onions and squeeze to remove excess liquid. Preheat the broiler. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Scoop out the inside of each half and transfer the rolls to a baking sheet. Arrange the rolls scooped-side up. Toast the rolls under the broiler for 1 minute. Coat the inside of all of the rolls with the Dietz & Watson Smokey Horseradish Sauce. On each of the roll bottoms place some of the roast beef and top with horseradish cheddar, tomatoes, onions, and arugula and cover with the tops of the rolls. Serve immediately.
