Preparation
1. Preheat grill.
2. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, and butter, and heat just until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and ginger. Set aside.
3. Place salmon, top side down, on hot grill. Cook 3-4 minutes, or until lightly brown. Turn fillets and brush with brown sugar mustard glaze. Cook about 5 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
