1. Over low heat and in a medium saucepan, add milk, sugar and chocolate. Stir constantly until chocolate melts and sugar dissolves.2. Add in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and salt. Whisk to combine.
3. Remove from heat. Let cool for 15 minutes.
4. Stir in rum.
5. Pour into glass and garnish with cayenne for an added kick.
