About Our Sommelier:

Advanced Sommelier Jason Hisaw is the Texas Wine ambassador for Republic National Distribution Company based in Grand Prairie, Texas. He travels the state preaching the gospel of Texas wine and bringing awareness of the quality of our state’s wines to restaurateurs and sommeliers. He was the sommelier at the Grand Award winning Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas.
